First time smartphone user reviews the Nokia N73
Web developer Steven Wittens got its Nokia N73 thanks to Nokia's Blogger Relations Program. A big step forward from his earlier Nokia 3310 and… he summed-up his thoughts… Fast forward to his conclusion: "The only part of the N73 that really stands out for me is the phone's form factor." He doesn't like the usability, the slowness of the device, music player, you name it.
Now wait a minute. I agree that there is a plenty of room to make N73 better, but… In his praise of the iPhone, Steven is mentioning the seamless synchronization. With iTunes? I sync my Nokia N93 WITHOUT a computer (all I need is Wireless access). Also I thought that he only needs "voice calls and SMS". Want to sync that!?
Anyway, Steven points out some interesting things. Still, there's too much Mac-loving tone in his article. I too would like to see more usability improvements to the Symbian-based devices, and am hoping that Apple's iPhone will somehow change improve the industry. Till then, the N95 rules!
